The office staff is so helpful! Property manager Phoebe, assistant manager Savanna, and leasing agent Amy are great to work with and will answer any questions you have. The maintenance team is amazing, Gavin and Logan are always quick to fix or help with anything! The property is always kept clean and beautiful thanks to the housekeeper heather.

We have lived here for 3 years now and are very happy with this apartment complex. We love everything about it and all of the amenities. It is very well maintained and taken care of. The entire staff is fantastic. In the office, Phoebe, Amy and Savanna are always very helpful and cheerful and the maintenance team of Logan and Gavin are so accommodating and experienced. Heather, the housekeeper, is so wonderful every time I see her and has such a beautiful smile! This is just a wonderful way to spend my senior years.

Of course there are certain residents, (that I wont mention by name, Dan and Patty) that REALLY make the place home for residents .... hahahahahahaha. I moved from Oklahoma in April of this year, with my 2 children, starting a new life without my spouse. I was looking at several places and was so excited when I found Sky at Brio. It is such a beautiful place to be, not just the clean and well kept apartments, but the landscape, amenities...such as the pool, hot tub & BBQ grills. And of course the pickleball courts. Our staff, Jadee, Savanna and Amy, are amazing. They are always happy and eager to help you and make sure that you have everything you need or ask for. They are great with planing group activities, such as bingo and the taco/nacho bar, and make it a fun experience. It is easy to make friends with the other residents and become a part of movie night and game night. In the 5 months I have been here at Brio I feel like I have found another family. Chris, Dan and Logan are the 3 greatest guys ever....they make up the maintenance team. They are always happy to help with anything that is needed. They are very knowledgeable, super nice and friendly, and always quick to answer a call for help with any problem. My kids are happy that I have adjusted so well living here, and so am I.

We have only been here 5 months but alot can be deemed in the beginning of a new living environment. We absolutely love The Brio and are so happy we made the decision to come here. We just retired and wanted to make a move out of So. Cal. We did our homework and couldn't be happier with the beautiful apartments, the pool, the landscape not to mention the entire staff, especially the wonderful ladies in the front office. We enjoy so much the surroundings as it makes our hikes around town so enjoyable. I have lived here at Sky at Brio for a little over 2 years and I love it here!! I feel safe and comfortable in my home. The residents are friendly and welcoming. And the staff is amazing! Jadee, Savanna and Amy are so happy and friendly and always willing to do what they can to help. They also plan a fun group activity at least once a month. Our complex is very clean and well maintained thanks to Chris, Logan, Dan and Heather. I hope to call this home for many more years.

My experience has been that this community is a great home. The people here have a good quality of self respect. In their own way they try to improve upon their experience living here. Interactions with neighbors, staff or visitors show how empathetic we are here. It’s a business and there are rules. The stewards who care for this community are just fine people like all of us. They come to work and focus on the needs of their business as well as ours. I’d recommend this housing option for anyone who respects themselves and everyone they come into contact with.

My wife and I have lived at Sky at Brio for about 2 years, and we have enjoyed living here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they make sure that we tenants are taken care of and when you need help, they are there for us and we like how they treat us. We like the monthly parties and especially the bingo night. They also keep the area looking nice and well kept. We don't use the pool or spa, yet, they are here to use, and we know others like using them. They have a barbeque area and a game to play. Can't remember what it is called, it is to throw a bean bag a certain distance and try to get it in the hole. They have a lounge around area, a room with exercise equipment, a post office area and places to park. Great place to live and let someone else take care of the outside. We love it here.

I absolutely love living here! They keep the property looking beautiful, the activities are so much fun and I have a gorgeous view from my balcony of the promenade and Pine Mountain. I love that they let you make it your home. And I cannot say enough great things about the crew: Jadee, the property mgr, so lovely to work with, always happy and positive. Suzanne and Amy (Asst Mgr & Leasing Agent respectively), always cheerful and happy to help. Chris, Logan and Dan, the maintenance crew are extremely helpful and efficient. Very thoughtful. I have never experienced a Maintenance crew like them before. They really take care of us seniors. And Heather, the Housekeeper, works her behind off keeping the inside of each apartment building looking spic and span. I wish I could have given Sky at Brio Apartments ten stars!

The building I live in my neighbors on the 2nd floor are some of the nicest I've met. They love my dog Lady, we make visits now and then so those that do not own a dog can enjoy her company and visa versa out walking she is greeted all the time which makes her day! Maintenance crew is the best they are right on top of things. Haven't met the new management crew yet but I have heard good things already!

Hats off to the great staff here at Brio!...Chris and Logan in maintenance are very professional and hardworking and are always willing to help with apartment issues large or small, and they always do so with a smile. Hailey in custodial is also a hard worker and always offers a smile and greeting to all, as she goes about her day. Amy and Eva in the office are always ready to answer tenant questions, or listen to concerns in a very professional, respectful manner. And Harry, who took over the Leasing Agent position awhile back, however has recently moved on to a different position. (The best to you in your new job.) The staff here is a cohesive group that works well together in serving the tenants who live here. CC

The maintenance team here at the Sky At Brio Apartments are second to none! Logan and Chris have helped me with so many issues! They always arrive in a very timely manner. I have even had to call them after hours and they are always so polite and happy to help. They’ve worked on my refrigerator, ice-maker Oh, lights and so many other things in the apartment that have occasionally needed some Love and they are here in a flash to fix it. I have heard horror stories about Maintenance teams and trying to get things done in other rentals and apartments. That is surely not a problem here!! Besides that, Chris & Logan are really fun super friendly, nice people, who I enjoy having in my apartment. So does my Dog-Nala. 😃🐶

I moved here from Florida and moved right into Brio. I love it here … I think they will have to move me out with a toe tag!! I love Harry the manager he is awesome. He is friendly and addresses all issues on time and appropriately! He seems to want this place to be the best place to live! I have noticed almost all the apartments are occupied ! Amy Hooks and Eva (who is new to the staff at brio) are both awesome ! They are helpful and make you feel at home! I cannot leave out our maintenance crew… they are the best! Always helpful and take care of problems promptly and maintain the grounds so well! They go beyond their duties to help if needed! Choose to live here! You won’t find better! You will be welcomed … everyone is friendly.

We have enjoyed living here at Sky at Brio! Just wanted to give a shout out to the people who make it so enjoyable! First our maintenance people Logan and Chris do a fabulous job.They keep the grounds very clean and are always quick to help with problems in the apts. The office staff is great. Harry is doing a great job as manager. Hes friendly,very professional and his managment skills are above and beyond. Amy and Eva always friendly and alwsys take care of the problems. Residents love going up and visiting with them ! In my opinion they are all a true asset to the corporation! Great team !

The staff has always been kind and helpful and the residents living here all look out for one another. The pricing is actually the lowest in the area for all the amazing amenities you get! Shout out to all those negative vibes out there, every business has kinks to work out in the beginning and we had a few of those but once everything came together this place is awesome! Love it highly recommend it!

What can i say about living at Sky at Brio ! We have lived here about a year and are so happy we made the decision to call it home ! The staff are very accommodating and go out of their way to help. Its a quiet nice active retirement community with all the luxurious you ever need …. Gym, pickleball courts, hot tub, beautiful clubhouse, and a nice big pool area ! Very friendly residents and your pets are welcome too ?

My experience at Sky at Brio has been a great one. The pool, the pickleball courts and the grounds are clean and fun. The neighbors, staff and families put make it an exceptional community. Sky at Brio is built at a perfect location, it is near many shopping stores like Costco, BestBuy, Albertson, Home Depot, and Walmart. Megaplex movie theater is 5 minutes away, and nearby Green Spring Golf course (great course and reasonable price too) is just so beautiful and a fun course. My wife and I moved into this amazing apartment in April of 2021 from Bountiful, Utah. We were so impressed with the facility, price, and the layout for the active adults. Most of all, the great facility manager Amy was friendly, accommodating and kind. Because of her friendliness and her out-going personality, she facilitated many social activities, from them, we met many of the tenants and they became our new friends and this apartment is more like a home to us. You cannot find a better place to call home then Sky at Brio, you will love it like we did. -Sam
