APARTMENT REVIEWS St George, UT

This complex is absolutely beautiful. The staff and the amenities are amazing. The property is kept clean and always looks fresh. The staff is unbelievably helpful. I would like to mention Stephanie specifically as she is always willing to answer questions, help with any needs I have and up for a friendly conversation. That’s a rarity nowadays. The maintenance staff is phenomenal. I can’t say enough good things about this property. If I could give it 10 gold stars, I would!

The staff and building are amazing. We loved mom there in November and Sky at Brio is the best place she has ever lived. Stephanie takes great care of my mom. The maintenance guys are also incredible. My mom has made so many friends there.

Sky at Brio is like a resort with apartments! The amenities are plentiful and beautiful, the landscaping , the large pool, jacuzzi, gym, pickleball, meeting rooms, etc. Too many to list here. My favorite is the crew that picks up your trash at your door - Monday thru Friday. And team to do your ‘honey do’ list. What could be better than that?! My dreams come true! The office staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Stephanie, the assistant manager, has taken me under her wing. She always has a smile and makes me feel special. She sees humor in whatever issue I bring to her and we laugh together. Then she finds a practical solution. She deserves 5 gold stars!!

WOW! BIg shout out and a thank you to GAVIN! I put in a work order on Saturday afternoon right before the office closed. Knowing that Gavin would have the weekend off I just hoped he would be able to come by sometime in the next week. I had three things that needed to be fixed. He showed up Monday morning and did all three in 10 minutes! I was so impressed! I really didn't expect such a quick response. Thanks again Gavin for having such a great attitude and work ethic!

Great service and the nicest lady in the office

Before my mother passed in 2025 I would go online searching for apartments to rent in the St. George area and stumbled across Sky at Brio Apartments, so that when she passed and I settled her affairs and sold the family home I decided to move to the most beautiful part of the country, southwestern Utah. Thanks to the friendly, professional and compassionate way that PHOEBE and STEPHANIE dealt with me during a difficult time in my life, Sky at Brio has become my new home. I must also give a shout out to GAVIN, ROB and HEATHER who keep this property running smoothly and cleanly. These people are more than just an office staff, I consider them to be friends.
