We have only been here 5 months but alot can be deemed in the beginning of a new living environment. We absolutely love The Brio and are so happy we made the decision to come here. We just retired and wanted to make a move out of So. Cal. We did our homework and couldn't be happier with the beautiful apartments, the pool, the landscape not to mention the entire staff, especially the wonderful ladies in the front office. We enjoy so much the surroundings as it makes our hikes around town so enjoyable. We enjoy the gym upstairs and are so looking forward to seeing 4 different seasons for the very first time!!😀 Kevin and Janet

Great place to live!!
I have lived here at Sky at Brio for a little over 2 years and I love it here!! I feel safe and comfortable in my home. The residents are friendly and welcoming. And the staff is amazing! Jadee, Savanna and Amy are so happy and friendly and always willing to do what they can to help. They also plan a fun group activity at least once a month. Our complex is very clean and well maintained thanks to Chris, Logan, Dan and Heather. I hope to call this home for many more years.

The staff here are absolutely amazing, from Management to housekeeping. I love living here and enjoy the people. Special thanks goes to Jadee, Savanna, Amy H, Chris, Logan, Dan, Heather H for everything you do for us. Such as answering questions, addressing concerns, physical help when needed, keeping our hallways, stairwells, entrances clean and clear.

My experience has been that this community is a great home. The people here have a good quality of self respect. In their own way they try to improve upon their experience living here. Interactions with neighbors, staff or visitors show how empathetic we are here. It’s a business and there are rules. The stewards who care for this community are just fine people like all of us. They come to work and focus on the needs of their business as well as ours. I’d recommend this housing option for anyone who respects themselves and everyone they come into contact with.

Great Place to Live
I moved in 15 months ago. Amy Hooks was the Leasing Agent and she was wonderful. Management has always been friendly and caring, plus responsive. The amenities are fabulous and well maintained. The residents are delightful neighbors. This has become my home and I am very grateful to be here.
